Food Arrangements

All families are asked to contribute a container of baking and some grocery items. Sarah will send further details via email and the MBC Parent Facebook page.
Expectations
Familiarise yourself with the Camp Rules and the Code of Conduct to ensure your son is prepared to represent the club with respect.
Rowers are expected to:
Respect coaches and camp parents at all times.
Respect each other and their gear.
Fully participate in all training sessions and maintain a positive attitude.
Camp parents will oversee daily tasks (such as washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying rooms). Rowers are expected to contribute.
The safety and wellbeing of our rowers is our priority. However, all rowers participate at their own risk and must accept responsibility for any injury or loss. In the event of serious injury, misconduct, or breach of the Code of Conduct, the head coach (Clayton Lindstrom) may decide to return the rower to Blenheim, with possible disciplinary action.
Phones: Lads may use phones at certain times, but they will be collected after 8:30 PM, or at the coach’s discretion. Misuse of phones may result in them being confiscated, and parents will be notified.
Important Notes
Boys are not allowed offsite without permission from the head coach.
Shop visits are not permitted during the camp. They may be allowed on the trip home.
Parents visiting the camp should check in with the coach before arriving. Rowers will be busy with training, meals, and rest, and may not have much free time to meet visitors.
Payment
Please ensure payment for the camp is made before departure or by arrangement with Catherine Randall.
